Guatemala

The Guatemala VCLi office was established in January 1994. It conducts weekly small groups, training in ministry, and personal discipleship sessions with our staff are scheduled during the weekdays.

All services are provided free of charge, except for the cost of materials.

The name "Guatemala" means "Land of Trees" and refers to the forests that were everywhere in this land. The country of Guatemala is home to the most beautiful lake in the world, 38 volcanoes, 3,000 year old Mayan ancient cities, and the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. guatemalacitygt.ags.myareaguide.com

Cuba

The Cuba office provides discipleship and training in the seven areas of life and regularly hosts SALT seminars.

Havana (La Habana) is the second largest city in the Caribbean and the center of all things Cuban. There's an air of faded glory about the city, as big '50s and '60s American automobiles still dominate the streets and paint and plaster peel off everywhere. The city is peppered with glorious Spanish colonial architecture, much of which is under restoration.

American golfers will certainly want to be among the first to try golfing in Cuba. The Varadero Golf Club, the former Dupont Mansion, is the site for Cuba's first 18 hole golf course which opened in April of 1998.
