In my 12 years of pastoring, the desire to develop the congregation into devoted disciples of Jesus Christ grows stronger each year. The search and review of discipleship material can be endless and possibly with limited success. SALT discipleship training has proven to be unquestionably the most effective material available. We have used it to minister to married couples, parents, new believers, and to those that have been committed to Christ for decades. Above all, my life and the life of the people on my staff have been impacted in such a way that none of us would use anything else for personal or group ministry.
